My First iPhone Game: Triple Play Poker

I've been working on a TON of iPhone applications and games lately. And as of this past Tuesday night, the very first of these got released on to the iTunes App Store. It's called "Triple Play Poker."

 

 

Here's the obligatory game description and hype machine copy that explains what the game is all about: "With Triple Play Poker™, you have the chance to play three poker hands at once with bets of up to five credits per hand. You can bet one credit per hand, one credit on all hands, or the max number of credits on all hands. You then tap Deal and the first hand is dealt to you face up. Based on what you were dealt, you tap which cards to hold and those cards are then held in all three hands. After holding the desired cards, you tap Draw and the rest of the cards are dealt. Since each hand is dealt from its own 52 card deck, you’re effectively playing three hands at once and you’ve got three chances to win big!"

I had a ton of fun making this game, and it was definitely a great learning experience for developing iPhone apps. I'd love to know anyone and everyone's thoughts on the gameplay, graphics, etc. So don't be shy! Let me know what you think of the game!   1. Looks great, sir! It’s got to be a great feeling to get one in the App Store, I can’t wait until I can say the same ( need to finish one first :) ).

    Your app you created has been cracked and is up on http://yokoipa.blog.hr/
    you might want to email them and ask them to take it down.
    And before you know it, it will be up on more of the appstore hack websites

    Screenies look nice, wish I had an iPod Touch to test them – Can’t test them with the iPod Classic, right? -, I didn’t know you do programming (Must admit I’ve only been following a few of your twitters ;P) but cool :)
    Keep them games rolling out, looks quality to me :D
